Contract Terms
Your signature and a 50% deposit are required to put your project on the schedule. A large project may require another 25% at the halfway to completion point. At job completion, we will walk through the landscape together reviewing the project with you to assure satisfactory completion. The balance is due at this time.

Guarantees
Trees and shrubs are guaranteed for 90 days from date of planting provided the maintenance guidelines (furnished) are followed. Perennials and groundcovers are not generally guaranteed. Plants damaged by pets or predators; storms, winds, drought, flooding, or winter damage; vandalism, or owner neglect are not covered. Transplants are not guaranteed. The homeowner is responsible for watering and check-ups.

Professional Fees
Consultations - $55.00 per hour and deductible from the cost of the landscape design plan.

Design - $55.00 per hour with an estimate given as a range at the time of consultation. Design fees include all phases of the design as well as client meetings and long distance travel.

Labor, Administration - $40.00 per hour.

Supervision of subcontractors, plant selection at nursery with client - $45.00 per hour.

Garden maintenance - $40.00 per hour.

Reimbursable expenses – Blueprints, working photos.
